Cancellation, Refund & Returns

www.qohindia.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation, refund, exchange & returns policy.

How do I cancel an order on www.qohindia.com? If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 3-4 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations before shipping: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. Once you receive the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are genuine defects found with the product.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be made in the same mode that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return / Exchange Policy: Only products which are received in damaged condition or have a genuine manufacturing defect are eligible for return and refund or exchange. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you with the same.
Return / Exchange process.
Domestic Orders: If you think, you have received a product where the packaging is in a bad condition or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If the package cannot be returned to the delivery person, please email immediately to orders@qohindia.com and send us photos of the damaged product/packaging. We will review the photos and we will intimate you by return email at the earliest if the said product is eligible for replacement / refund. If eligible, we will ensure that a brand new replacement, if available, is sent to you at no additional cost or your entire payment is refunded to you once the product is returned to us. Please note only defective / damaged products as mentioned above are eligible for refunds / exchange.
In case the product is to be replaced / returned, it has to be shipped back to us, within 3 days of such decision, via any reputed logistics company (DHL, FedEx, etc.) which offers tracking services and email the tracking details to us.
The “Exchange / Return” process works as follows.

1) Check our website www.qohindia.com and select a product you want in exchange and email your selection to us immediately between 11am to 6pm, IST.

2) Pack the product to be returned in tamper proof packaging and send it back to us through a reputed shipping company along with the original invoice. Please note that the product has to be unused, in original condition and with all original tags & labels with which it was delivered to you. Please send us the tracking details once it is shipped. Please do not use paper packaging / envelopes as they tend to tear in shipping. We will be unable to exchange a product which is damaged in return shipping.

3) Once we receive the product, we will check the same and confirm receipt to you by email. The product will be accepted only if it is received in good and original condition along with above mentioned items.

4) If the product is accepted for exchange, we will email a payment link for the differential amount, if any, towards the product purchased in exchange.

5) On receipt of the payment, we will immediately dispatch the product purchased in exchange and email the tracking details to you.

If the defective / damaged cannot be exchanged, the refund will be made in the same mode that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

International Orders: If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or damaged before delivery, please accept the package and email within 24 hours to our Customer Care at orders@qohindia.com mentioning your Order ID along with a few photos of the damage. We will review the photos and we will intimate you by return email at the earliest if the said product is eligible for replacement / refund. If eligible, we will ensure that a brand new replacement, if available, is sent to you at no additional cost or your entire payment is refunded to you once the product is returned to us. Please note only defective / damaged products as mentioned above are eligible for refunds / exchange.

IMPORTANT: In most countries, the package may be opened by the local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents. Such opening of the package may not qualify for replacement as "bad condition or damaged" goods.
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box but not to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, tags, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the Product Code has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Any product, the colour of which seems different as seen on the computer and/or any hand held device.
  • Any product which may have fitting issues due to incorrect size ordered.
  • Any product which has been used / worn.
